How it works... Nitro-LM Enterprise is completely hosted on Nitro-LM's Global Cloud Service. This provides 24-7-365 support for you and your customers. Fundamentally, Nitro-LM Enterprise is delivered as a Client Library that you integrate into your application environment/distribution. The Nitro-LM Enterprise Client contains all the functions you need to facilitate registration and licensing processes, and sample code is included to help speed up that process. Each Nitro-LM Enterprise Client has differing capabilities based on the language and level of service that you have purchased. For example, Nitro-LM encryption is only available for some interfaces. After you have implemented and tested the Nitro-LM Enterprise Client, you can easily define customer/product/license-qty relationships on-line in the Nitro-LM Administration interface. Then after you deliver your Application to your Customers, they only need a standard internet connection to complete their registration/confirmation process and then obtain a license for your software. It is really that easy.
Administration Nitro-LM comes with an Administration Interface that enables your company staff to gain access to your account for the purposes of setting up customers, managing their product associations and license restrictions. Any changes you make via the Nitro-LM Administration interface are effective immediately for your end-users, so making changes to customer accounts is fast and easy. It also is the simplest mechanism for communicating directly with your customers. You can easily create and organize targeted lists of users based on their customer and/or product associations that you want to contact about new versions, promotional information or whatever you need to communicate quickly. The Nitro-LM Administration Interface is an Adobe AIR Application which runs on any operating system and only requires an internet connection to gain access to the Nitro-LM Cloud License Service.
